LAFH Builds recognizes that one essential key to ending homelessness in our region is to increase the supply of permanently affordable rental homes. Therefore, we will continue building until everyone in Los Angeles has a safe place to call home.

We are proud of the innovative strategies we are employing to grow our pipeline of 6 new buildings (727 units) to provide permanent supportive housing to families and individuals across Los Angeles County. Some innovations include modular construction, private equity financing, and the conversion of motels into apartments through Project Homekey.
