The Cielo

The Cielo is a new four-story modular development located in the Chatsworth neighborhood of Los Angeles that provides 99 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless and homeless individuals, as well as a two-bedroom manager’s unit.

The project sits on a 31,000-square-foot site located near the Chatsworth Station, a major transit hub. Building amenities include: a 1,000 square foot community room with computer access and space for an entertainment center; multiple case management offices; property management office; a laundry room; a 5,000 square foot courtyard for outdoor activities and barbecue grilling; and a dog run for residents with pets.
