Project Description

The project consists of 72 units of housing, with 35 units reserved for chronically homeless families, homeless families, and homeless individuals, 36 units reserved for low-income families, and one two-bedroom unit reserved for on-site management staff. The development is evenly spread out throughout the entire 4.81-acre site to create an open environment for the common areas and walking paths to several pedestrian scaled garden areas. The project allows for many ground floor amenities such as an open-air courtyard, BBQ, walking paths for exercise, and landscaped planters. The project also includes a community room, tech room and Administerial offices for the manager and staff.
